Refund Policy

At Acumen Logic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for our digital products and services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on your plan type:

  • Starter (£9.99/month): Cancel at any time. No refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Pro (£99/year) and Elite (£249/one-time): These are fixed-term plans. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at enquiries@acumenlogic.co.uk with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the purchase
  • Date of purchase
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Reason for requesting a refund

Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

  • Review your request within 3 business days
  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, process your refund within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note: Due to the digital nature of our products, once a refund is processed, your access to the course materials will be revoked immediately.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free tier usage (no payment was made)
  • Starter plan partial billing periods
  • Products purchased during special promotional periods where "no refund" was clearly stated
  • Any bonus materials or add-ons provided free of charge

Subscription Cancellation

If you have purchased a subscription-based service:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company before contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback and may take appropriate action including suspending your account access.

Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund that falls outside of this policy, please contact us and we will review your case individually.

Consumer Rights

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will not affect purchases made before the policy update.
